Leadership Coaching Program

The Leadership Coaching program is designed in response to the expressed need for senior leaders to have a stronger professional support network and means of developing their own leadership. Based on the growing national movement to enhance the benefit leaders in the nonprofit sector get from professional coaching, the program offered by Nonprofit Learning Point includes both leadership coaching groups as well as individual coaching opportunities.

While there is a fee to participants for the leadership coaching, costs are subsidized by the PNE and the coaches agree to provide nonprofit rates for their services.

Nonprofit Learning Point serves nonprofit organizations in the Greater Richmond region categorized by the following geographic areas: Chesterfield County, Metro Richmond, Richmond, City, Hanover County, Henrico County, Powhatan County, Ashland, Chester, Goochland County, and the Tri-Cities: Petersburg, Colonial Heights, and Hopewell.
