Wilkes, Susan, Ph.D.

Susan Brock Wilkes, Ph.D. is an organizational psychologist with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership and team development, strategic planning, and facilitation with nonprofit organizations. She is the owner of Wilkes Consulting, LLC and an affiliate faculty member at VCU. A frequent consultant for nonprofit organizations, Wilkes has a history of active nonprofit board service and has taught leadership courses in Nonprofit Learning Point since the program began. Susan is the lead faculty member for the Emerging Nonprofit Leaders and executive coaching programs at Nonprofit Learning Point, and was the Instructor of the Year in 2009.
