Spangler, Haywood, Ph.D.

Haywood Spangler, Ph.D. has graduate degrees from Yale University and the University of Virginia and has been an instructor at the University of Virginia’s McIntyre School of Commerce. He created and holds the copyright to an individual preference assessment based on ethical theory, which is used by nonprofits, government agencies, and Fortune 100 companies.  Dr. Spangler currently works as a consultant and as an executive director in the nonprofit sector. Other community involvement includes participating in the 2010 Quest class of Leadership Metro Richmond and serving on the Board of the Peter Paul Development Center in Richmond’s East End.
