Sam has over thirty years of real world experience and education in risk management. His specific concentration areas include all aspects of insurance, regulatory and workplace safety, risk transfers including contracts, accident investigations, claim management, disaster recovery, human resources, and financial management issues. He has served on many non-profit boards from the role of President on down to everyday volunteer in the execution of an organizations mission. He has taught courses at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Richmond, and on site for clients. His tactic for every class is to provide “take aways” for every participant to be able to use the next day and forward to advance their abilities.
