Pamela Guilford Redd is an independent management consultant with more than 25 years experience in the field of personal, professional and organizational development. Prior to establishing her own business, she was employed as a trainer, supervisor, manager and director in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Having a life long commitment to volunteering in her community, Redd has served on numerous non-profit boards and committees. By way of her facilitative style, she creates an environment in which each class participant can gain insight into their own opportunities for professional development and personal growth. Redd holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from VCU.
