Dale Johnson-Raney, MBA, MSW, has over 15 years experience working as an employee, volunteer and consultant in nonprofit organizations. She was the Project Manager for a $5 million federal research demonstration program designed to promote coordination of services among nonprofit homeless service providers and the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Virginia Health Care Foundation. She currently provides organizational management consulting services to nonprofits with a specific focus on facilitation, strategic planning, organizational improvement, performance measurement and resource sharing and collaboration. Her clients range from small nonprofits to large nonprofit public sector organizations.
