Harris, Gail, MEd
Gail Harris is vice president of strategic marketing and research at United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg. She heads the Center for Research and Evaluation, which conducts research and evaluation projects for United Way and community organizations. She specializes in nonprofit program design and evaluation. Harris also leads United Way’s marketing department, which designs and implements all marketing, public relations and communications strategies to support United Way’s community impact agenda and $20 million annual fund raising efforts. Harris holds a master’s degree in education from the State University of New York.
