Harris, Camille, LCSW
Camille Harris is a Senior Associate at LaMountain & Associates, where she specializes in coaching and 360 performance feedback. She has an extensive background in education, mental health and social work leadership positions in non-profit and governmental agencies. Harris has a master’s degree in social work, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and received professional coach training through the Coaches Training Institute. She founded a community non-profit organization in rural Virginia, serving as its executive director for nine years. In her various leadership roles, Harris has expertise in emerging non-profit organizational issues, board development, team building, grants writing, planned giving, program and staff development, and clinical supervision. She has held a variety of volunteer leadership positions in the Richmond non-profit community.
