Gunn, Susan, M.Ed
Susan Gunn is a workplace consultant in the areas of team effectiveness, leader development, and conflict management. Susan is president of Working Dynamics in Richmond and brings more than 20 years of experience to the challenges complex workplaces face in reaching their goals while using conflict in its most productive forms. She has a master’s degree in adult education, is a VA Supreme Court Certified Mediator, was formerly VCU’s Career Center Director, is a Master Trainer in the Conflict Dynamics Profile, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Conflict Dynamics at Eckerd College. She is an alumnus of Leadership Metro Richmond, was named LMR’s 2007 Servant Leader of the Year, and is co-founder and president of a nonprofit mentoring program for middle school students in at-risk neighborhoods in Richmond.
