Dunn, Barbara, PhD
Barbara Dunn, Ph.D., has more than 30 years experience working with public and private nonprofit organizations. With those organizations, she has served in various paid and volunteer capacities as a member of the staff, faculty, board of directors and advisory board. Since 1999, she has worked as an independent consultant to health and human service organizations, with a special interest and focus on capacity-building related to fundraising, planning and evaluation. Her clients range from small, start-up nonprofit organizations, to colleges and universities and statewide grant making organizations.
